New Verizon Wireless store opens

Cellular Sales, the nation’s largest Verizon premium wireless retailer, announced the grand opening of a new Verizon Wireless store at 3249 New York State Route 39 in Arcade.“In this competitive and complex industry, it is important to us that we always bring the focus back to the customer, addressing their needs first,” said Luke Fletcher, regional director at Cellular Sales.
“We want to understand our customers and find the best possible solutions for them.”
Cellular Sales was founded 19 years ago in Knoxville, Tenn. and has, for the past four years, been named one of the nation’s fastest growing privately-owned retailers by “Inc. Magazine,” operating more than 500 stores with nearly 4,000 employees.
The company currently operates 29 retail locations in New York.
The Arcade store is currently hiring locally to fill 10 new sales positions.
“We are looking to hire individuals with integrity who want to experience a sales organization based on the principle that customer service is the key to success,” said Jason Alexander, regional recruiter of Cellular Sales.
