A REAL CLASSIC This 1930 Ford is owned by Joel Maul of Springville.
SPRINGVILLE Classic and vintage car owners from around Western New York brought their vehicles to Springville-Griffith Institute for a cruise and car show in conjunction with Jeff Mahls Lyceum speaker presentation on George Schuster and the 1908 2011 New York to Paris races on July 28. How can we teach the kids about the cars of the past? asked Ray Lucas of Boston, who has donated to the Boston Boy Scouts and to the Springville Boys & Girls Club. They have to open their minds and hearts to the cars of the past.

COMES COMPLETE WITH GUARD DOG A stuffed dog sits in the front seat of this 1967 Ford F100 truck owned by George Zeafla of Springville, who has owned the truck for two years.

CLASSIC BEAUTY This 1951 Chevy has been owned by Glenn Ellis of Hamburg for 10 years.

CHARITABLE CLASSIC Ray Lucas of Boston, known as the Jerk with the Merc, has owned this 1951 Mercury for 12 years.
