The odds are Justin Bieber will not be charged with assault for attacking another boy at a Lazer Tron in Canada. The reason no charges are likely to be filed is because there just isn't enough evidence to support the allegations that he punched another young boy at the facility.

Sources close to the investigation say told E Online no security tapes were able to pick up the alleged altercation and that the statements from eyewitnesses don't match up with what the alleged victim has said happened.

It is possible that Justin Bieber himself may not even be involved in this entire case at all. I say that for this reason, because Justin Bieber is a minor his name can not be released to the media, therefore no one really knows for sure, no matter what they say, that Bieber is even really being investigated at all. Bieber's representatives completely deny that this incident took place.

In the end this may be a case of mistaken identity or tabloid lies. Even if Justin Bieber did do what he is accused of we may never know because his name may never be released to the press and he would most likely settle out of court with the victims family and any settlement would almost certainly contain a confidentiality agreement which means they would not be able to talk about the incident after they were paid.
