Carpet Factory Outlet provides outstanding deals for high-end quality products

When you think of a factory outlet, you probably think of a place where you can get cheap products for cheap prices, but that is definitely not the case at Carpet Factory Outlet.

“We sell high end products at a discounted rate,” said General Manager of Carpet Factory Outlet, Mark Bowman. “A lot of people think because we’re just a carpet factory outlet that we only do carpeting. We also do floors, kitchen, vinyl, bathrooms, and all flooring services.”

Carpet Factory Outlet, 2262 Union Rd., Cheektowaga is one of four outlets in WNY. The first family owned outlet opened in 1970 and grew into other locations including Amherst, East Amherst, and West Seneca. Bowman expressed that the owners developed the business because they saw urgency for people needing to save money and wanted to help.

“The first thing that we do, is we offer factory direct products so we can skip out the middle man, that in terms, saves quiet a bit,” said Bowman.

The store has 500,000 square feet of carpeting in stock at any given time, so customers are bound to find something they love. They also have hardwood floors, laminate, ceramic, and decorative rugs.

The business has installation crews that are available within 48 hours for anyone who needs the service quickly. If a customer needs assistance in picking out the perfect style for their home or business, Carpet Factory Outlet’s sales staff has over 30 years experience.

“A lot of people don’t know what they want when they first come in, so they rely on our sales staff to guide them in the right direction,” said Bowman. “Customers say they finally found somebody that could help them find what they were looking for, so it’s a difficult experience, made easy.”

The store always carries new products like ultra stain resistant yard, which ultimately makes carpets stain proof. The carpet will still have to be cleaned but they should come out right after. Bowman also recommends that all customers upgrade to the better padding when purchasing a carpet because it will make the carpet last much longer.

“Another thing on the market that we have is luxury vinyl tile. It’s a plank tile and it’s soft and warm on your foot, as opposed to hard. It can also conform to different levels, not just flat surfaces,” said Bowman.

The store offers financing to almost any customer, with no interest for 12 months. They even have a price guarantee, but Bowman said they never really have to honor it, because their prices are always lower than the competitors.
