    Honored for good grades

    The Orleans Career and Technical Education Center recently held an induction ceremony for five students into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).

    Dylan Howes (Albion), Wesley Ohlson (Royalton-Hartland), Nick Radosky (Lockport), Adam Kress (Royalton-Hartland) and Matthew Baptiste (Royalton-Hartland).
    Matthew Baptiste from Royalton-Hartland who attends the computer technology program, Dylan Howe from Albion who attends auto mechanics program, Adam Kress from Royalton-Hartland who also attends the auto mechanics program, Wesley Ohlson from Royalton-Hartland who attends the agriculture mechanics/diesel program and Nick Radosky from Lockport who attends the welding program were honored in front of their school mates and staff with their NTHS pins and certificates at the ceremony.

    The National Technical Honor Society is the highest award that can be given for excellence in career and technical education.

    Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 and have completed a certain amount of credit hours.
    The requirements also include excellent attendance and an excellent disciplinary record.
