SPRINGVILLE –– A groundbreaking ceremony for the new People Inc. independent senior living location will be held Thursday, Aug. 23 at 1 p.m. at 276 Waverly St., Commerce Drive, in Springville.
Springville Mayor William Krebs, other village of Springville representatives and staff from the Department of Housing and Urban Development will be present.
This is People Inc.’s 18th location of this type.
