Benefit for leukemia patient scheduled

A benefit is being held for 3-year-old Kendra Claire Tidd, who was recently diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The benefit will be held April 21 from 1 - 7 p.m. at the Arcade VFW, 550 Main St., Arcade.
Tickets will be sold in advance or at the door. Each ticket covers food, beer and soda. There will be basket raffles, a booze wagon, gun auction, music by Country Memories and a 50/50 raffle.
