Colden hosts hazardous waste collection

COLDEN A household hazardous waste collection will take place at the Colden Town Highway barn on Oct. 20 from 8 a.m. noon.
Hazman representatives will be on-site to collect household waste, in conjunction with the towns annual fall recycle day. Scrap tires, electronics and automotive batteries will be accepted.
Prepaid collection boxes are currently available at the Colden Town Hall, which is located on Route 240 in the town of Colden. For more information, call Town Clerk Christina Kerlin at 941-5012 or visit www.townofcolden.com.
