Final concert in the park gets a tropical feel

The Kokomo Time Band struck up some tropical tunes for concert in the park attendees.
CONCORD –– The final concert in the park of the summer was held in Fiddlers Green Park on Thursday, Aug. 30 and featured the Kokomo Time Band, which played tropical and popular music. Peggy Rice of Springville said she loves the concerts and attends every week. She said she “thinks the music is wonderful and likes the variety.” Jeannie Padowski of Seattle, Wash. said that this is the first concert in the park she has been to in a while, but thinks they are wonderful.
Donna Schweikert of Springville said she also loves the concerts. She added that she comes to almost all of them and “really appreciates Springville and Concord for providing them.”
