Freudig Singers to perform at the SCA

SPRINGVILLE — The Freudig Singers will perform at the Springville Center for the Arts on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 8 p.m.
Freudig Singers of Western New York is a chamber ensemble whose stated goal is to broaden the musical experience of Western New York audiences through choral performances of works, ranging from the Renaissance to the present.
From its inception under founder Dr. Kathleen Keenan-Takagi in 1984 and continuing under the leadership of Roland Martin, the group’s focus has been on educating and enriching its audiences and concert partners.
The group has offered concerts in a variety of venues throughout Western New York and has partnered with local children’s choirs, high school choristers and other instrumentalists.
Presale tickets are available at www.springvillearts.org or 592-9038. Tickets will also be sold at the door. The show is produced by Jim Howe.
