Center for the arts to present Ray Kent exhibit

[photo1]Springville Center for the Arts will present “The Hand of Nature,” a photography exhibit by Ray Kent, through the end of August. “The Hand of Nature” exhibits photos that have been collected from the artist’s backyard and throughout the Utah deserts.
Kent is a Western New York native who has been involved with photography since high school and has won both local and regional awards for his work. Since retiring from a career in public service, Kent now divides his time between his homes in Colden and Park City, Utah.
In addition to being a photographer, he is a skier and fly fisherman. He is a member of the South Towns Camera Club and the National Association of Photoshop® Professionals.
A free reception will be held Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Olmsted Gallery at Springville Center for the Arts, 37 North Buffalo St., Springville. Call 592-9038 for more information. Gallery hours at Tuesday – Friday, 12 – 6 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
