Auditions begin at Springville Center for the Arts
The auditions will be held Dec. 10 and 11, from 7 – 9 p.m. The play is based on a Hitchcock film and this reinterpretation, written by Patrick Barlow, requires a cast of four actors who will together play more than 100 parts. No advance preparation is required. Perusal scripts are available at the SCA. This production will run Feb. 7 – 17.
The SCA has also announced auditions for its June production of the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play, “Glengarry Glen Ross.”
This will be a co-ed production of David Mamet’s comedy about real estate salespeople’s trying to earn a living.
Auditions will be held at the SCA. Actors who can play ages ranging from 20s – 60s, men or women, will be supplied sides for readings on Monday, Dec. 3 from 7 – 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, Dec. 4 from 7 – 9 p.m. To obtain emailed, advance copies of sides, contact director Ronald Leonardi at firstname.lastname@example.org. All parts are open to both women and men. The production will run June 7 – 16.
