Two from Springville-GI place in competition

Two Springville-Griffith Institute students who attend Erie 2-Chautuqua-Cattaraugus BOCES in East Aurora placed at the SkillsUSA Area 1 Regional Conference held at Alfred State College on March 6.
Dakota Hecht, a junior enrolled in the animal care program, won second place in the small animal care competition.
Rebecca Clark, a junior enrolled in the culinary arts program won third place in the food preparation assistant competition.
