North Tonawanda to host first fall festival

Come join us for North Tonawanda’s First Annual Fall Festival, from 11a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday Oct. 6, rain or shine. The festival is sponsored by the North Tonawanda Youth and Recreation Department and Christian Academy of Western New York. It is being held at The Gersh Building, 621 Payne Ave. North Tonawanda. Attendance is free; however food, as well as some activities and events will require the purchase of tickets.
This is a fun family event filled with something for everyone. It is aimed at promoting and highlighting local community programming, business and other organizations fall/winter programs in a fun/interactive family atmosphere. Planned activities include: youth games; kids crafts; live music; basket raffle; pumpkin patch; Fire Safety; K-9 Demonstration; food and drinks; various contests; Red Cross Blood drive; Food and coat drive for the NT Interchurch Food Pantry; craft show/vendors; bounce houses; dunk tanks and much more.
Spaces are still available for crafters and vendors, as well as local businesses to sponsor several of the events/contests.
