'Hands-On' seminar held

July “Hands-On” seminar at the Niagara Floral Center and Greenhouse at Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara will be held at 6:30 p.m. July 19, at 2510 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Wheatfield.
Those attending will make a “Sizzling Fresh Flower Arangement.”
The event cost is $25. RSVP and payment are due in advance by July 6.
