Nutrition program held in Pendleton

For October, the upcoming Eat Well Stay Well Dining program at the
Pendleton Center United Methodist Church
nutrition site will take place at 11:15 a.m. Oct. 2.
The program will feature information about the Dale Association and the services offered.
Those attending can check their current knowledge by playing education Bingo with C.A.R.E. Coordinator and Senior Counselor Beth Guilmart.
Lunch will begin at noon and feature a breaded pork chop, ranch mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, deli rye bread, fruit cocktail, milk and coffee or tea.
