LANCASTER- Fall has finally arrived with those chilly mornings and warm afternoons. Halloween is just around the corner and it’s time to decorate your outside with pumpkins, corn stalks, and mums. All items can be purchased at the Lancaster Market, as well homegrown apples.
The apples that you find at the grocery stores have most likely been stored for 12 to 18 months. They are being shipped from Washington State or from other places
Come to the market and drink some organic coffee, have breakfast and chat with your neighbors and meet the local producers.
The Lancaster Market is opened from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays till the end of October. To learn more about the market visit www.lancastervillagemarket.com or to become a vendor, call Ann Jordan at 481-2961.
