Halloween fun planned in Village of Lancaster

LANCASTER- The Lancaster Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary are hosting an evening for children. The Halloween parade will start at 6 p.m. at Rite Aid and end inside the Municipal Building where children will receive free cider and donuts.
There will be a costume contest immediately following the parade. Businesses in the Downtown Business District will be open during this time and will be handing out free candy. Children will be able to decorate their own pumpkin on West Main Street.
