Mt. St. Mary Academy to host summer camps

KENMORE - Mount St. Mary Academy is proud to present Summer Sessions 2012 for girls entering grades 5 through 8. The program, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 6 through 10 from at the school, will include a combination of athletic, arts and educational sessions.
The camp offers two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions during which students participate in classes geared towards hands-on learning and active play.
The weeklong event allows campers to mingle with other girls their own age in a fun learning environment.
Morning classes include: archaeology, forensics, journalism, ceramics, politics, dance, and more. In the afternoon, participants may choose: Olympic games, cooking, singing, acting, digital photography, babysitting and more.
The camp costs $185 per child and includes a T-shirt and all necessary supplies and materials for each of the sessions.
Mount St. Mary will also be presenting separate summer sports camps for basketball (July 16 through 20) and lacrosse (July 30 through Aug. 3). Additional details are available at www.mt-st-marys.org
