Amanda Turner and Philip Kelley arrested in Farmersville

MACHIAS — Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amanda Turner, 21 and Philip Kelley, 35, both of Machias and charged each with one count of petit larceny and one count of criminal trespass third degree.
The charges stemmed from an investigation in which items were taken from a private property on Older Hill Road in the town of Farmersville.
Police said that Turner and Kelley took several items, without the permission of the property owners and sold those objects for scrap.
The subjects were issued tickets to appear in Farmersville Court.
