Jeanne Feldman enters guilty plea

SPRINGVILLE — Jeanne Feldman, 63, of Springville, was arrested in August of 2012 on petit larceny charges, following an investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Department.

The arrest was made, after police investigated a theft at the Concord Crest Golf Course. Feldman had been employed at Concord Crest since 2001; her employment was terminated on July 30, 2012.

Don Ploetz of Concord Crest said that he was disappointed in “a betrayal by a long-term employee. It is disheartening for all of us at Concord Crest. We value honesty and integrity, something Feldman obviously did not. To take a paycheck from us with one hand and steal with the other hand ... that kind of betrayal is hard to grasp.”

On Jan. 14, Feldman pled guilty to disorderly conduct, with restitution to be paid to Concord Crest.
