Rec center to host picnic

The North Tonawanda Department of Youth, Recreation and Parks will be holding its End of Summer Picnic from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday Aug. 24 at Payne Park. The picnic, which signifies the end of playground and park programming, will include a bounce house, dunk tank (for kids to dunk their favorite worker), crafts, hand tattoos, games, food and drinks.
