DEPEW - Depew Mayor Steve Hoffman and the Depew Village Board hosted children and families in need at a Christmas party in Depew Village Hall, recently.

Mayor Hoffman stated “It was time to bring the Christmas party back to the Depew Senior Center, in village hall, to do our part in making the holiday a little brighter for our residents in this tough economy”.

The party was a joint effort of the Village Preservation Party of Depew, the Tri-Community Food Pantry, and the Depew Mayor & Board.

More than 150 families and children attended celebrating with gifts, toys, cookies, music, and a visit from Santa Claus.

Special thanks to Hillview Baptist Church, Ray Braun Bar & Grill, Riva’s Pizza, and Village Preservation Party of Depew for their donations of food and gifts.
