Engagement marketing, power of email marketing topic of presentation

The Brothers of Mercy Campus Foundation will host an informative workshop entitled “Engagement Marketing and the Power of Email Marketing” at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1 at the Brothers of Mercy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 10570 Bergtold Road, Clarence.
The 90-minute interactive seminar will be presented by Ellen DePasquale Williams, Regional Development Director at Constant Contact.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and technology consulting and support. Williams is the author of “It’s About Time: Time Management Tips from the Software Revitalist,” and articles in “Crain’s New York Small Business,” “The New York Enterprise Report, The Self-Employed Professional, and Success” magazine.
“The two questions this seminar will answer are ‘How do I generate more repeat business from existing customers?’ and ‘How do I get my customers to refer my business to others,’” Williams said.
She will discuss the use of social media to establish and continue a dialog and engage a broader audience.
The program will also focus on how small businesses, nonprofit associations, and organizations can combine email marketing and social medial marketing to monitor feedback, share interesting content, and drive business success.
