Town of Tonawanda Republicans to host open house/meet and greet

TONAWANDA - Mark Tramont chairman of the Town of Tonawanda Republican Committee announced an open house of the brand new Ken-Ton Republican Headquarters. This event will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at 2000 Sheridan Drive (next door to Key Bank). This is a perfect opportunity for many in our community to find out more about the town’s Republican Committee and learn more about becoming a committee person.

Additionally, attendees will get the opportunity to meet candidates for various offices. This year in addition to the presidential election there are many local races. For Congress Mike Madigan, State Senate Mark Grisanti, State Legislature Chuck Gilbert and County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw. Voters of Kenmore and Tonawanda will have the opportunity to meet candidates in a one to one setting and will find out a little more about our superior slate of candidates.

Tramont went on to state that while there are no town or village races this year, 2013 will see many and we are beginning the process of interviewing community minded individuals interested in running for town and village offices.

Refreshments will be served and this event is free. Should you have any questions please contact Mark Tramont at mark.tramont@gmail.com or 462-0693.
