AAA announces 2013 board officers, directors

AAA Western and Central New York has elected officers for its board of directors for 2013.

Martin K. Birmingham of Rochester is the board chair. Mr. Birmingham is president and CEO of Five Star Bank.

Donald K. Boswell of Williamsville is the board vice chair. Mr. Boswell is president and CEO of the Western New York Public Broadcasting Association (WNED-TV/AM/FM).

Kimberly A. Boynton of Syracuse is the board secretary and the chief financial officer of Crouse Hospital.

James R. Boldt of Buffalo is the board treasurer. Mr. Boldt is the chairman and CEO of Computer Task Group in Buffalo.

Two additional Buffalo directors were elected for three-year terms on the Board: Gwen O. Arcara, president and principal of Executive Dimensions, Williamsville; Louis P. DiPalma, vice president of Lakeshore Savings Bank, Fredonia.
