Construction industry managers graduate from Future Construction Leaders of New York State program

BUFFALO - Twenty-three mid-career construction industry managers identified by their companies as future company and Associated General Contractors of New York State (AGC NYS) leaders graduated from the Future Construction Leaders of New York State program (FCLNYS) on Saturday, July 14.
The program is designed to assist members of AGC NYS in developing future construction company managers and leaders.
The yearlong program helps teach participants the issues involved in managing a construction business in New York State. Students have an opportunity to learn, in a structured environment, what they might otherwise spend years learning from personal experience.
Graduating from the Future Construction Leaders class in 2012 are: Mark Bacon - BCI Construction Inc., Jeffrey Baker -BBL Construction Services, Andrew Boorman - Killian Construction Inc., Scott Cody - LeChase Construction Services, Arnold Collier - Iroquois Bar Corp., Steve Culver - BCI Construction Inc., Fernando DeJesus - McKissack & McKissack, Colton Hill - Kirchhoff - Consigli C.M., Brooks Ingalsbe - EMI Guide Rail, LLC, Joe Inglese - The Pike Company, Matt Keyser -The Pike Company, Steve Kostick - The Pike Company, Dave Lichner Jr. -Iroquois Bar Corp., Alex Lipsky - Lipsky Enterprises, Robert Reed - C&S Technical Resources, Inc., Brion Salatino - LeChase Construction Services, Nate Scheffinger - LeChase Construction Services, Tyler Schneider- LeChase Construction Services, John Staines -Turner Construction, Garret Stephen- Keeler Construction, Steve Verdine -Villager Construction, Adam Vosh - The Pike Company, and Robert Wagner - Turner Construction
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2012-13class.
Applications are due by Nov. 16, and the first class is scheduled at the AGC NYS Construction Industry Conference Dec. 4 through 6 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
