Lancaster Opera House to hold auditions for 'Oklahoma,' 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer'

LANCASTER- The Lancaster Opera House will hold auditions on Sunday, Oct. 21 and Monday, Oct. 22, for its upcoming productions of Oklahoma! and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Please call 683-1776 to schedule an audition time.
The production of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will run Dec. 21 to Dec. 23 and Oklahoma! will run March 1 to March 17.
Those auditioning for Oklahoma! are asked to prepare a Rodgers and Hammerstein song. Those auditioning only for Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer are asked to prepare a Christmas song. An accompanist will be provided.
The opera house is also seeking talented dancers for a non-singing ensemble in Oklahoma! A dance audition will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23; please call the opera house to sign-up.
All auditions are held at the Lancaster Opera House, located on the second floor of Lancaster’s Town Hall at 21 Central Ave., Lancaster. Check out www.lancopera.org for more information.
