What is Hatha Yoga?
Yoga is an invitation to explore. It is the healing and the joy to saying yes to life. Yoga is the union and movements guided from inside and connected with your breathing.
It is feeling the body receive its own truth and speaks the language of the soul. It is a learning process of movements and postures that can be a powerful gateway to a better body, soul and mind. Feeling good about yourself and having good and positive emotions. You learn different breathing techniques which unites the body with the mind.
Yoga consists of a series of slow, gentle stretches along with deep steady breathing. It strengthens all your body muscle. It helps to gain and re-gain more flexibility and balance. Practicing yoga is about having fun, laughs and smiles.
