KUCZMARSKI - Edward J., Esq. of Lancaster entered into eternal rest Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at the age of 96; beloved husband of the late Jane T. (nee Zajac) Kuczmarski; dearest father of Mary Jane (David) Levett and Edward J. Jr. (Janice) Kuczmarski; dear grandfather of Philip, Melissa, Andrew, Brandon and great-grandfather of Zachary, Marissa and Caleb; predeceased by brothers and sisters Anthony, Michael, Helen Czekalski, Joseph, Andrew, Victoria and Leo, MD; brother-in-law of Edward (Stella) Zajac; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family was present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday at the Melvin J. Sliwinski Funeral Home, where funeral services were held on Monday morning from Queen of Martyrs Church. FRANZONE, Patricia (nee Conti) of Lancaster passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. Born in Italy, beloved wife of 39 years to Salvatore Franzone; loving mother of Jean-Marie (Michael) Fazio and Michelle Franzone; cherished grandmother of Angelina and Giana; dear sister of the late Josephine (Joseph) Franzone, Florence Conti and Joseph (Lori) Conti; also survived by many nieces and nephews, neighbors, and friends. The family was present Monday at the (Lancaster-Depew Chapel) Amigone Funeral Home, Inc., where prayers were said on Tuesday morning followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mar Church, in Clarence. FREITAG, DeAnna F. (nee Zwick) of Lancaster died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at the age of 70; beloved wife of 51 years to Paul Freitag; devoted mother of Mark, Scott (Cynthia) and Christopher (David) Freitag; daughter of Alice (nee Troidl) and the late Frank Zwick; loving grandmother of Jessica (Zachary) Franczyk, Justin Freitag, Jacqueline (Timothy) Albrect, Melissa Freitag and Sergei Esis; great-grandmother Sandra, Avie and Dorothy; dear sister of Jean (Joseph) Zaso; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family was present on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Zurbrick-Amigone Funeral Home, in Lancaster where Funeral Services were held Wednesday evening.
