Milford M. Ebel, 93, of Route 62, Leon, died April 8, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Ebel was a U.S. Army WWII veteran; worked for Cattaraugus County Highway Department; served on Cattaraugus County Republican Committee and Leon Town Board.
He was the husband of the late Veronica Eganski Ebel; son of the late Marc and Emma (Wehust) Ebel; father of James (Barb) Ebel of Conewango Valley, Susan (Vincent) Puglia of Corpus Cristi, Tex., Gary (Kathy Baker) Ebel of Conewango Valley; brother of the late Dorthea (Marcus) Phillips, William (Marion) Ebel and Arthur Ebel; also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Leon Fire Department Ambulance Fund or Auxiliary, P.O. Box 34, Leon, NY 14751.
Arrangements were by Hills Funeral Chapel, South Dayton.
