LOMBARDO, Sarah (nee Cavuoto), 83, of Tonawanda, passed away

Feb. 18, 2013; beloved wife of the late John Lombardo; devoted mother of Deborah (Dale) Fillmore and Diane (Robert) Barnett; loving grandmother of Brian and Christopher Barnett; dear sister of Frank (Patty) Cavuoto, Nancy DiPalma and the late Carl, John, Pat Cavuoto and Lucy Grammatica; cherished sister-in-law of Mary (Ron) Michele, Esther (Steve) Lach, David (Rose) Lombardo, Sarah Palmeri, Gemina Lombardo and Grace Lombardo; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

BEAM, Veronica (nee Goetz), 81, of Tonawanda, passed away Feb. 12, 2013; beloved wife of William H. Beam; dearest mother of Deborah Lynn Weber and Nancy (Mark James) Efstation; loving grandmother of Jonathan Robert Weber and Nathan Mark Efstation; dear sister of Margaret Lawrie and the late Joseph, John, Michael Goetz and Ann Babyak.

DAILEY, Benjamin F., 90, of Tonawanda, passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. He was born March 3, 1922 in Buffalo. Ben retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 30 years of service.

He served his country in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II in the European Theater, participating in the D-Day Invasion and other campaigns returning as a decorated Purple Heart recipient. Ben was the beloved husband of the late Helen D. Dailey (nee Canazzi) to whom he was married to for 62 years; loving father of Barbara (Michael) Dash and the late Kevin Dailey; dear father-in-law of Mary Kay Dailey Allen; cherished grandfather of Brian (Alexis) Dailey, Meghan and Adam Dash and Stephanie (Zachary) Hatfield; adored great-grandfather of Tyler, Chase, Kadence, Silas and Bryce.
