Dessa E. Jenckel, 92, of Kennedy, died December 2, 2012 at WCA Hospital in Jamestown.
Mrs. Jenckel was a life member of the Smyrna Delaware VFW Post 8801.
She was the wife of the late Cecil Snyder Sr., the late Arthur Smallcomb, and the late James R. Truitt Jr.; daughter of the late Henry F. and Edith M. (Smallman) Jenckel; mother of David (Judy) Snyder of Leon, Cecil (Bonita) Snyder of Cherry Creek, Dale (Donna) Snyder of Kennedy and the late Donna Snyder Milliman; sister of the late Martha Parsell Kohler, Mary Green Eastman, and Leona Smith; also survived by 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to WCA Hospital Floor Four D, 207 Foote Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701.
Arrangements were by Hills Funeral Chapel, South Dayton.
