Cattaraugus County Sheriff's report for May 13

Joshua E. Tanner, 28, of Route 353, Little Valley, was charged May 3 with petit larceny following an incident at a Route 417 address in Killbuck.
Tanner was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and is due in Great Valley Court.
John P. Hughes, 39, of North Otto Road, Otto, was charged April 28 with failure to provide proper sustenance under the Ag and Markets Law. This charge stems from an investigation conducted with the assistance of the Cattaraugus County SPCA regarding several horses on the property.
Hughes was arraigned in Otto Town Court and is due back in court.
