North Collins Village Police report for Sept. 23

• Joshua J. Monahan, 19, of Rogers Road, Hamburg, was charged Sept. 16 with failure to drive in lane, open alcoholic containers, DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation after being stopped on Route 62 in North Collins for veering over the white fog line onto the road shoulder numerous times.
According to authorities, Monahan had a reportable B.A.C. of .11 percent, and a DMV check revealed that his driver’s license had been suspended in June, pending prosecution of another DWI charge.
Monahan is due in North Collins Town Court.
