New York State Police report for July 15

• Daniel Pfaffenbach, 31, of Main Street, Cherry Creek, and Kristin McChesney, 27, of Dye Road, South Dayton, were charged June 17 with trespassing after an incident involving a homeowner on Route 62 in Gowanda.
According to authorities, the homeowner confronted Pfaffenbach and McChesney after hearing the sound of a motor early that morning. While his spouse dialed 911, the homeowner allegedly located the two individuals on his property and held them until Troopers arrived.
Pfaffenbach and McChesney are due in Collins Town Court.
• Geraldine Seneca, 30, of North Chapel Street, Gowanda, and Kachine Lay, 19, of Four Mile Level, Gowanda, were charged June 17 with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after allegedly using a man’s car without his permission.
According to authorities, all involved were at a home on Burning Springs Road early that morning when the vehicle was taken. Witnesses allege that Seneca and Lay took the car from the residence.
Seneca and Lay are due in Perrysburg Town Court.
SNI Marshals assisted Troopers with the investigation.
•Dwayne Ohlinger, 35, of West Columbia, West Virginia, was charged June 23 with DWI following an incident in the area of Mile Block Road and Cain Road in North Collins.
According to authorities, Evans Police Department reported two vehicles were being driven by intoxicated drivers in that area. A Trooper and Patrol from Town of Brant Police located the vehicles and conducted separate traffic stops on Cain Road.
Ohlinger allegedly had a reportable B.A.C. of .10 percent. He was arraigned in Brant Town Court and remanded to Erie County Holding Center on $1,300 bail. He is due back in court.
• Guy Jonathan, 51, of Versailles Plank Road, Versailles, was charged June 28 with DWI after he was stopped on an ATV on Eaton Road in Perrysburg for failing to stop at the stop sign at Eaton Road and Indian Hill.
According to authorities, Jonathan had a reportable B.A.C. of .14 percent.
Jonathan is due in Perrysburg Town Court.
• Guy Ricketts, 33, of Cassadaga Road, South Dayton, was arrested July 3 for being a fugitive from justice, following a bad check investigation.
According to authorities, Ricketts reportedly passed over $1,300 worth of bad checks at the South Dayton Super Market on numerous dates in May and June. He was charged with 14 counts of issuing a bad check.
After a computer check, Troopers found that Ricketts was wanted by Portland, Maine, Police on a class C assault arrest warrant.
Ricketts was arraigned in Dayton Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $10,000 bail. He is currently awaiting extradition to Maine.
