North Collins Police report for June 10

• Adam M. Nordine, 28, of High Street, North Collins, was charged May 26 with stop sign violation, false impersonation, felony DWI, aggravated DWI, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation and interlock violation after being stopped on School Street for a stop sign violation.

According to authorities, Nordine failed to produce a driver’s license and gave Patrol a ficticious name and address. Numerous checks revealed that fictitious information was being provided; Nordine was confronted by Patrol and finally admitted his true identity.

Patrol said that Nordine had a reportable B.A.C. of .19 percent, and that he had been convicted of aggravated DWI and Leandra’s Law in February of 2012. His license had been revoked and the court mandated an alcohol interlock system when Nordine’s license was restored.

Nordine is due in North Collins Town Court.
