New York State Police report for Nov. 25

• Matthew Burke, 35, of Railroad Avenue, Perrysburg, was charged Oct. 10 with aggravated DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana after being observed on Route 39 in Perrysburg with no seatbelt on.
According to authorities, Troopers caught up with Burke after he pulled into his driveway. Troopers say they also pulled into his driveway. Troopers say they also saw Burke throw something into the grass, which they discovered was a small container of marijuana.
He additionally was found with a pipe containing marijuana, and had a reportable B.A.C. of .20 percent.
Burke is due in Perrysburg Town Court.
• Damian Beardi, 45, of Lundington Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Oct. 11 with DWI following the report of a truck off the road.
According to authorities, while investigating another incident on VanEtten Road, near Scott Road, Troopers were alerted to the truck accident by a member of the Dayton Fire Department. Troopers found Beardi’s truck stuck, and Beardi had a reportable B.A.C. of .10 percent.
Beardi is due in Dayton Town Court.
• David Turner, 43, of Cattaraugus Street, Springville, was charged Oct. 12 with aggravated DWI, following a two-car personal injury accident.
According to authorities, Turner was eastbound on Route 39 in Collins, near Kerr Warner Road, when he was distracted by a dog that was riding with him. He crossed into the westbound lane and sideswiped a truck hauling a trailer being driven by Ernest Fuchs, 51, of Milestrip Road, Brant. Fuchs was able to pull off the road and into a nearby driveway; Turner ended up in a farmer’s plowed field.
Turner was treated at the scene for an arm laceration. He had, Troopers say, a reportable B.A.C. of .19 percent and is due in Collins Town Court.
