North Collins Village Police report for Aug. 5

Steven Knupp, 21, of Morgans Road, Corinta, was charged July 28 with unlawful possession of marijuana after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped for speeding on Route 62 in Lawtons.
According to authorities, Knupp was found with a small amount of marijuana.
Knupp is due in North Collins Town Court.
Randie K. Shattuck, 19, of Hemlock Road, Greenfield Center, was charged July 28 with unlawful possession of marijuana after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped for speeding on Route 62 in Lawtons.
According to authorities, Shattuck was found with a small amount of marijuana.
Shattuck is due in North Collins Town Court.
Tyler C. Shattuck, 21, of Hemlock Road, Greenfield Center, was charged July 28 with speeding, driving while impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for speeding on Route 62 in Lawtons.
According to authorities, Patrol saw a marijuana pipe in the center console of the vehicle. Also, Patrol says that Shattuck was found with a small amount of unprescribed Oxycodone pills, a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana pipe containing marijuana residue.
