New York State Police report for Sept. 16

• Sherrie Carter, 32, of Mill Street, South Dayton, was charged Sept. 4 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, stemming from an incident on Aug. 25.
According to authorities, on Aug. 25, Carter reportedly threw a rock through a window in her neighbor’s house. Her neighbor had a similar incident happen earlier in the week, and was watching from a bedroom window. Carter was seen allegedly changing into black, leaving her home and throwing the rock.
Carter is due in South Dayton Village Court.
• Edmund Williams, 20, of Townline Road, Palmyra, was charged Aug. 31 with unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop on Route 438 for speeding.
According to authorities, a computer check revealed that Williams’ driver’s license had been suspended; also, a small amount of marijuana was found inside his car prior to it being towed.
Williams is due in Brant Town Court.
• Charles Jimerson, 46, of Cayuga Road, Brant, was charged Aug. 28 with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped on Route 438 for driving a lengthy distance at approximately 20 mph under the speed limit.
According to authorities, Jimerson was found with three grams of marijuana and an open container of alcohol; also, he had a reportable B.A.C. of .10 percent.
Jimerson is due in Brant Town Court.
