• Juli A. Thomas, 44, of Main Street, Buffalo, w---as arrested by Dunkirk Police Oct. 3 on a warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Thomas was transferred over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and arraigned in Dayton Town Court; she was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and is due back in Cattaraugus County Family Court.
• Craig A. Dechow, 34, of Allegany Road, Cattaraugus, was charged Oct. 6 with DWI, DWI over .08 percent, aggravated DWI, child under 15 in the vehicle, open container of alcohol and inadequate exhaust following a traffic stop on Farm Market Road in Napoli.
Dechow is due in Napoli Town Court.
