New York State Police report for Aug. 19

• Andrew Knopf, 23, of Route 353, Dayton, was charged Aug. 7 with fourth-degree criminal mischief and numerous traffic violations following the conclusion of an investigation of an Aug. 2 motor vehicle accident on Route 39, when a car struck a home.
Knopf is due in Perrysburg Town Court.
• Dawn Simons, 41, of Thomas Lane, Angola, was charged Aug. 7 with petit larceny after Troopers were contacted by the manager of Signals Smoke Shop on Southwestern Boulevard regarding a stolen wallet.
According to authorities, the manager told Troopers that on Aug. 4 a customer left his wallet, containing $300, on the counter after paying for merchandise. The customer returned minutes later, but the wallet was missing.
After reviewing surveillance tapes, employees identified Simons as the person who allegedly took the wallet from the counter.
Simons is due in Brant Town Court.
• Larry Miller, 31, of Pudding Lane, Perrysburg, was charged Aug. 10 with three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic dispute at the Pudding Lane address.
According to authorities, Miller had reportedly locked out his estranged girlfriend when she arrived at the residence. After unlocking the door, Miller allegedly began to argue with the woman and they proceeded to slam the door in each other’s direction. Miller grabbed the woman’s glasses and broke them as the dispute continued outside. Also, Miller allegedly grabbed her cell phone and snapped it in half as she attempted to call 911.
Miller was arraigned in Perrysburg Town Court and is due back in court.
Knopf is due in Perrysburg Town Court.
