Jeffrey S. Ruper, 38, of Waite Avenue, Salamanca, was charged Aug. 3 with petit larceny after allegedly taking over $250 from an individual he was living with, when moving out of the New Albion residence on July 29.
Ruper is due in New Albion Town Court.
Patrick A. Askey, 20, of State Park Avenue, Salamanca, was charged Aug. 3 with second-degree harassment following an incident at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds.
According to authorities, Askey allegedly pushed another male into a chain-link fence, causing a cut on the males shoulder.
Askey is due in Little Valley Town Court.
