Cattaraugus County Sheriff's report for Feb. 10

• Roseann K. Loomis, 32, of Meyers Road, East Otto, was taken into custody Jan. 28 on a violation of probation warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Loomis is being held at Cattaraugus County Jail pending arraignment.
• Jeffery A. Schosek, 29, of Cattaraugus, was charged Jan. 29 with DWI and failure to keep right following a motor vehicle accident in Dayton.
According to authorities, Schosek was transported to LakeShore Hospital for minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
