North Collins Village Police report for July 1

• Shawn P. R. Cushman, 16, of Hawthorne Drive, Orchard Park, was charged June 23 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped on Route 62 for swerving over double-solid yellow lines.
According to authorities, Cushman was found with a small baggie allegedly containing cocaine.
Cushman is due in North Collins Town Court.
Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted with this incident.
• Gunner C. Hubbard, 17, of Mileblock Road, North Collins, was charged June 23 with failure to drive in lane, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped on Route 62 in connection with the above incident.
According to authorities, Hubbard was found with four small baggies allegedly containing cocaine, a marijuana pipe and small amount of marijuana.
Hubbard is due in North Collins Town Court.
