Erie County Sheriff's report for July 29

• Scott Weaver, 40, of Buffalo, was charged July 22 with DWI and other traffic violations after a crash involving his pickup truck and trailer on Route 438, Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.

According to authorities, Weaver had a B.A.C. of .08 percent.

Weaver is due in North Collins Court.
