New York State Police report for Nov. 18

• Alex Schmittendorf, 21, of Miller Drive, Angola, was charged Oct. 4 with DWI following a one-car motor vehicle accident on Route 438 in Collins.

According to authorities, Schmittendorf was traveling on Route 438, south of Versailles Plank Road when the accident occurred.

Schmittendorf was taken to ECMC and treated for facial lacerations. He is due in Collins Town Court.

SNI Marshals assisted Troopers at the scene.

• Tracy Argentieri, 37, of Mackinaw Road, Buffalo, was charged Oct. 5 with false impersonation after allegedly using the identity of her sister during a traffic stop back in June.

According to authorities, Argentieri’s sister reported the incident to Troopers after receiving a notice from Collins Town Court for the ticket.

Argentieri is due in Collins Town Court.

• Jason Marr, 42, of Main Street, Silver Creek, was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Oct. 3.

According to authorities, having already been charged with aggravated harassment, Marr reportedly texted his ex-girlfriend in an annoying manner.

Marr was arraigned in Perrysburg Town Court and is due back in court.

• James Luder, 42, of Allen Street Extension, Gowanda, was charged Oct. 7 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following a week-long investigation.

According to authorities, on Oct. 2, Troopers received a report from a local merchant regarding a possible stolen check. The merchant said that a customer had sent a check for payment of an outstanding bill.

Troopers say the investigation revealed that Luder had come into possession of the $48 stolen check, recruited a friend to cash it for him at a local bank and took the remainder.

Luder is due in Persia Town Court.

• Kevin Goodemote, 52, of Allen Street, Dayton, was charged recently with DWI following a traffic stop on Richardson Road in Collins.

According to authorities, Goodemote had a reportable B.A.C. of .13 percent.

Goodemote is due in Collins Town Court.
