DWI
Justin M. Lee, 33, Kohler Street, Tonawanda, was arrested May 2 for DWI, aggravated DWI, unauthorized use of operating a motor vehicle and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. BAC was .18, he was held for court.
May 3
Warrant Surrender
Jason L. Battaglia, 27, Summerville Avenue, Tonawanda, surrendered on a bench warrant for DWI on May 3.
May 4
Possession Charge
Tyler J. Kissel, 20, Fairmont Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 during a traffic stop. Kissel was charged with possession of marijuana, expired inspection and no taillights. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Criminal Mischief
Brandon C. Locke, 23, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 for criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Locke was involved in a disturbance on Simpson Street, Tonawanda. He was held for court.
Possession of a
controlled substance
Emilee R. Schlifke, 19, Warren Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 during a traffic stop. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving with no license and driving while impaired by drugs.
Her passenger, John S. Neisen, 22, Delaware Street, Tonawanda, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
Contempt
Norman E. Koepsell, 57, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 for criminal contempt in the second degree. Bail was set at $250.
Violation
Richard J. Kavanaugh, 21, Gaspe Drive, Amherst, turned himself in May 4 on a warrant for a city ordinance violation on May 4. Bail was set at $100.
Possession of
stolen property
Lisa M. Kish, 29, Mead Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. Kish was arrested after she was found with a stolen vehicle.
Violation
Jose M. Cruz, 23, East Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 for a city ordinance violation. Bail was set at $100.
AUO
Kelly A, Duguay, 44, Second Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 4 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and improper/no signal. Bail was set at $250.

Mark J. Vitale, 28, Mall Diner Ave., Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for a DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Vitale ran a stop sign on Grove Street. During a traffic stop, law enforcement determined he was intoxicated. Vitale failed his field tests. He was held for court.

Cory A. Winchell, 33, Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 5 for harassment in the second degree. Bail was set at $100.

Stephen K. Herbeck, 20, Esther Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for reckless driving, interfering with safe operation, moving from lane unsafely, following too closely and speeding in zone. Bail was set at $250.
