Donald Felix arrested after domestic incident

[photo2]CONCORD — The New York State Police based out of the Holland barracks responded to the report of a domestic incident occurring at a residence located on State Road in the town of Concord on Oct. 6.

Arriving officers were met in the doorway by the homeowner, Donald Felix, who was yielding a loaded shotgun. An involved female individual told the police that, prior to the officers’ arrival, she and Felix had engaged in a verbal altercation, wherein Felix interfered with her attempt to leave the residence.

Felix was arrested for menacing a police officer, a felony, in addition to unlawful imprisonment, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. The subject was arraigned in the town of Boston Court and was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $500 bail.
