Contempt
David T. Knox, 28, Homestead Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested Nov. 14 for criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment in the second degree.
Knox visited his ex-wife’s home on Bouck Street and attempted to cause problems. He was held for court.
November 15
Endangerment
Ohanes Otabachian, 57, Franklin Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 15 for reckless endangerment in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon. Otabachian was involved in a domestic disturbance, during which he was waving a pipe around threatening to use it as a weapon. He was held for court.
Larceny
Matthew A. McMullen, 21, Shelley Court, Tonawanda, was arrested for petit larceny and criminal trespass in the third degree - school grounds. McMullen stole a bicycle from Tonawanda Middle School. He was held for court.
Warrant Surrender
Jeffrey E. Rybarczyk, 42, Porter Road, Niagara Falls, surrendered on a warrant Nov. 15, for reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal mischief and menacing in the third degree. Rybarczyk was involved in an incident Oct. 26, during which he threw a propane tank through his girlfriends window.
Mischief
David E. Eldin, 28, Delaware Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Nov. 15 form criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal mischief - property. Eldin was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend at a store on Broad Street. He was held for court.

Warrant Surrender
Jason M. Neupert, 36, Patricia Drive, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Friday, Nov. 16 for aggravated harassment after he was texting his ex-girlfriend unwanted text messages. He was held for court.
Contempt
Phillip Bayley, 36, Saunders Settlement Road, Town of Niagara, was arrested Friday, Nov. 16 on a warrant for criminal contempt. Bayley was involved in an incident that occurred Oct. 13 when he violated an order of protection. After arrested Bayley on the warrant, patrol found a bag of marijuana in Bayley’s pocket. He was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.

Assault
Nelson R. Sidell, 46, Morgan Street, Tonawanda, was arrested for assault in the third degree and criminal obstruction of breathing - choking. Sidell was involved in an altercation with a family member.
November 18
Larceny
Joel R. Palma, 65, Frederick Road, Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday, Nov. 18 for petit larceny. Palma stole a garbage tote form a home on Ellicott Creek Road. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Warrant Surrender
Contance L. Hubbell, 44, Mead Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated harassment in the second degree. He was held for court.

Justin C. Wheeler, 20, Westminster Road, West Seneca, was arrested Sunday, Nov.18 for kidnapping and dissemination of indecent material.
Possession
John D. Havens, 27, Mariner Street, Buffalo, was arrested Nov. 18 for criminal mischief, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $500.
Forcible Touching
Phillip J. Aiello, 24, East Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Nov. 18 for burglary in the second degree and forcible touching. Aiello was held without bail.
DWI
Tina M. Bredt, 23, South Lane, North Tonawanda, was arrested Nov. 18 for DWI, aggravated DWI - BAC .18 or higher, driving left of pavement, speeding in zone and driving as an unlicensed operator. Bail was set at $250.

Francisco Diaz, 33, was arrested by the Kenmore Police Department Nov. 13 for harassment in the second degree.

Ashley Hartz, 21, was arrested Nov. 14 for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Andrew D. Kraus, 34, was arrested Nov. 17 for driving while intoxicated - first degree and refusal to take breath test.

Ronnie B. Glina, 62, was arrested for trespassing on Nov. 17.

Joseph C. Wagner, 36, was arrested by KPD on Nov. 19 for disobeying a stay away order.
